If you want people to spend satoshis on something that is free elsewhere, you need to provide them with a way to earn those satoshis first.
I have an idea for you - why don't you identify a few attributes you want in your club. For example: trust, reliability, knowledge etc. Then, make up a simple game to increase each of those attributes. For example: reliability: Have the user start a paper route. Reliability counter starts ticking, The user can spend reliability points on upgrades, such as their bike or their carry capacity, etc. If they miss any commitments, reliability counter slows down.
You can award satoshis each day to the top players. No one player should be able to win at more than one game.
